just having a look at the flyer, it looks like you could maybe take that wide base off the back of the hang on?

If it was a case of only a few screws...could maybe fit that in too.

The great thing is the price theyre looking for it all

In that case, my Virtua Racing cab valuation was spot on, honest

Ah now! Seriously though, whatever I get/whatever works/if I sell it on......it'll be good prices. Not out to gouge anyone at all.

Will probably end up putting a few more valuations up just to get open market prices...then make a good adjustment down from there. Would fund a few projects I'd like to start, but its more rescuing things for the sake of preservation.

Fingers crossed it all works!

I'm definitely going to do a conversion on one of those intervideo cabinets to Aliens (because I doubt I'll ever see a dedicated one again...if they exist?)

Do you have any pics of the Intervideo cabs? A dedicated Aliens would be awesome. Galloping Ghosts has one, but no idea if it was an original dedicated.

Yeah there is one picture near the start of this post with a few intervideos in a row. Theres more than that of course.

So have a look, very strange cabinets to me, never saw them before, but they look pretty great! Hope they actually work :/

About Aliens...I'm almost definite there was a dedicated cabinet (it says so pretty much on KLOV and I "remember" playing one....but then other sources say it was only a kit. Either way, the artwork is killer, would love to do one up like that.

BTW if youre looking on a phone, sometimes you have to scroll to the left of pictures to see them all.mysticmonk2018-09-26 15:46:20

Even if stuff doesn’t work it’s well worth picking it all up. You’ll sell all of it anyway. The best thing about buying jamma cabs is that you never know what games are in them. Could be some real gems in there.
Happy haulage.

what a great haul, especially the Sega stuff. Don't get too excited about the intervideo cabs I seem to remember the fairgrounds and at least one of the arcades I frequented were full of 'em.

Nice find mate...

Interested in the Sega Rally upright, Konami GTI Club upright and Sega Virtua Racing upright.

Are these cabs in the mainland UK or in Ireland..?

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not singling them out in some hope that theyre worth loads, theyre just standard jamma cabinets. My only interest was that I'd never seen them before, that's all. Very nice shape, and if im correct, that bit smaller than the usual electrocoins and silverlines, which is always better for having in a house etc. Next I'll find out they weigh 500lbs each or something!

Some amazing cabs there. Save them all if you can. I'd be interested in the upright Super Hang-on if you're able to get it.

All in Ireland. But as I said earlier, I doubt shipping would actually be that expensive between UK and here, its even easy to grab a van and take a ferry over at several points. Its something I'll look into over the next while though.

Yeah theres definitely a lot of value there (and I don't mean money) even if stuff isn't working. The trick is balancing out buying games that I don't necessarily have a huge interest in, and then being stuck with it!

Will see how it goes :)

I better mention this here. I'm receiving a stack of pm's expressing interest in this and that, but I'm not in a position to offer anything yet, its early days, so I'll note all the interest in specific things and bear it in mind. The best I can do for now I'm afraid, thanks :)

Looking for a Konami cab. Ideally turtles as it is smaller but Simpsons is good to. If you could add me to your consideration list when all is done then that would be great.

Fantastic find.
