That's right, especially as you've said they are fairly cheap. There will probably be people/companies/c**ts doing everything they can to find out where these are and offer 1or 2k on top of what you're paying knowing they will still make a nice profit.
It's a fantastic haul, just make sure you move fast and get the lot as you will shift it all no problem.

Might be worth taking temp storage on to house the whole lot. Would be a shame to leave any of that behind really, you'll easily get your money back on selling the cabs, especially if someone if taking a van over from here and wants to fill some gaps with a jamma cab or 2.

I played it a sh*t-tonne at a place in Matlock Bath back in the day, but don't remember if it was a kit or a dedicated. I got the bug for finding one now, no pun intended.

Things are moving along (literally!). Wont jinx anything by blurting out tid-bits, but will update everything with spanky new pics when alls done. Should be onto a second, different, raid next week, fingers crossed. It doesn't rain but it pours

Havent been online in a while but have received quite a few pm's regarding updates.
Well, in a nutshell, its driving me up the wall! Have paid for everything, but only collected a few cabinets so far.
Heres the sticking point (and why its moving along like treacle!)...I decided that I wouldn't take anything that wasn't working, simply for fear of being stuck with a house load of cabinets that nobody wants. The operator does not a give a damn about any of this (and I don't blame them!), so asking them to test stuff (ie shifting cabinets around in an awkward space, dusting them out, heating them up and plugging them in etc) has slowed it down to a crawl.
But they don't want me to test anything or be involved in moving stuff around, at all! Its 99% definite that they are worried about insurance claims etc.If I just turned up with a van and emptied the building theyd have no problem with that, but.....that's the situation!
It has become so painstaking at this point that I'm inclined to call it quits with what I have so far. Theres also the issue of moving the 770lb's of outrun, just blooming awkward. Visiting again this week and hope to clear this up once and for all.
On another note of operators being awkward, another place/raid just refuses point blank to let me have a look at what they have. Again, probably insurance fears "you have to climb over stuff and you might fall". Upside is that they are clearing out within the next few weeks, and THEN they'll let me take whatever. No problem giving me stuff, every problem letting me see it...weird situation! Could be nothing, could be fantastic...more waiting :/
Appreciate the pm's, but I'll 100% update everything once its done. So slow!
