surely, seeing as some of you guys went to france for a raid, ireland is a possibility as well?

I would make it to Ireland a married man, but i would come home as a singleton.
She didn’t actually mind about the trip to France, it was the discovery of a APB from the US the same weekend that soured the deal.

He’s probably sick of all messages which go along the lines of “hi mate, if you want a hand to buy all that stuff I’ll get the next ferry over there, and it’s ok I can store it all at my place” kinda thing

Was just busy the last couple days. Travelling at moment and see that I have a string of pm's, I wont get around to checking them right now. Will update tomorrow if I have time and will share some pictures. Ironic, that someone mentioned "what if they break down within a week?", well, I'll definitely be looking for some technical advice :/

Edit: Heres an older pic to tide ye over :p

After trying every possible goddamn angle to get the simpsons into my house, I had to pack it all in, weighs a ton and the most awkwardly placed grips. Just not happening. Currently dropping it BACK to the place. Ditto turtles. Bloody raging!

It gets better though! This whole place has to be cleared out in a week, they just dropped that on me. I'm sure I can get them to extend it a bit, but time is short. I'll get another price off them for the whole lot (they said tomorrow).

Here's what's left

2 or 3 intervideo jamma cabinets
2 or 3 bas cabinets
Sega gp rider twin
Outrun dlx
Turtles
Simpsons
Konami club gti
Sega virtua racing upright
Super hang on upright
Super hang on sit-down
Sega rally 2 upright
Time crisis 2 twin
Bunch of newish slot machines (not sure if they want rid of them)

So...ill talk to them again and see about more info. I want this off my plate now, sick of it. If anyone has good suggestions as to how go about this, I'm all ears! Don't send pm's though, want to get a forum consensus. I've gotten all I can/want, so all the above is potentially up for grabs.

Also note that I have no transport now, I can't get anything moved

Okay, it's a start with offer of help. Let's see how it goes by end of day, maybe a team can be pulled together. Its basically out of my hands of course now, but I would like forum members to get favourable prices on anything not wanted (but taken). Not up to me of course

If properly organised I would be up for being involved in saving this lot from the skip it sounds like it's rapidly heading towards.
However a jaunt over to no mans land with nothing but a few pints of Guiness in hand and a view of rainclouds is not on the cards.

I want to save that Outrun. End of.

All about angles. I miscalculated the turning angle, couple inches too short. I'm a fairly strong guy, but even two of us weren't able to lift the entire machine 5ft off the ground. Christ, ball of sweat after that. I tried!

Whoever mad enough to grab this stuff will need at least 3 additional people, at least!

Bear in mind there's no guarantees here, operator could just say "f**k it". They said they'd give me a price tomorrow. Going by what I've paid, and unless they really value certain machines, it'll be a good price!

I confirmed, this is heading to the bins if not picked up, they're renting the place out and want rid sharpish.

Also my house is fortunately/unfortunately not bulging anymore. I'm left with a few intervideo and a naomi. A few cabs have been taken by friends, which is why I thought I'd get the simpsons and turtles today. So much for that!
