This is insane. I've been involved with many raids now and I've never seen anything like this.
It seems to be one of those occasions where the old 'if I can't have it nobody can' attitude quickly takes over. It becomes about cash and nothing to do with forum community or getting cabs to the people that really want them, which is how all the raids I've been on have worked. There's a reason they are kept to a close trusted group, and information is never shared until the deal is done and the cabs are loaded and gone from the location. Many guys don't even want anything, just like to be along for the ride and enjoy saving the stuff for others to enjoy.
Afterwards there's usually a bit of sourness on here with people saying 'ooh you kept that quiet', 'how come it wasn't shared with the forum?', 'why wasn't I invited?'.
This is the answer to those questions.
There's a load of conflicting information and hearsay throughout this thread. The end result seems to be nobody gets much and nobody knows where the cabs end up. A raid where the stuff would have been better preserved if nobody had actually done anything at all!
Always funny how magical figures spring up too. 60 euros a cab. 4k from Andy. 4.5k from Italy. What's next? 10k from JT or Arcade Warehouse I expect
