I picked up a Supreme Video jamma cab a little while back and noticed an operator sticker on the back with a phone number. I did some digging around and found they were still in business but had moved to snooker and pool tables only. I asked if they had any old arcade machines lying around the warehouse and they said they'd check for me.

This was back in August I think. I phoned them a few times and I always got the response of "We'll call you back"

They never did so I phoned a few weeks ago and they said they had one machine. Again, they would ring me back.....

I phoned them again last week and they said I could come take a look and take it away if I wanted.

I called on the van services of Dean and we took a trip down there this afternoon.

Lordsvale MVS! On initial inspection, it looked in good nick! Just a little dirty. Dean popped the back off it and there was a one slot MVS board with Puzzle De Pon/e.

Got it home, cleaned it up and it's spot on. Works a treat! Apart from a slight interference issue on the screen but I'll start a troubleshooting thread about that.

Wasn't sure what we were going to find when we got there but the machine is in real good condition and a proper bonus that it is fully working !

Looks even better now you've given it a good clean up

nice. I have interference on my mvs. I'm told its the caps in the mobos audio circuit.

Really? Here's me thinking it was maybe something to do with the speaker magnets and the cabling.

The interference gets worse as the volume gets louder.

Yep, he who dares wins indeed. You have to put it out there to get anywhere. I can never be arsed, but am happy enough to simply accept that I will always pay a bit more because I'm not interested in the chase and am happy to leave that for someone else.

Nice find. One of the better generics to own for sure

Had the dsame problem with a 4 slot I had. When the louder parts of the sound kicked in, the screen would distort.
