Moral dilemma - Machine Conversion

I am having a bit of a moral dilemma. I have always been after a Mortal Kombat 2 Cabinet, I bought 2 midway cabinets from America. One is a close to complete Killer Instinct 2 which I am converting back from a Turkey Hunter. I have just peeled the turkey hunter sticker off the second cabinet that I took a gamble on beeing a Mortal Kombat but it turns out to be Another Killer Instinct 2 cab.

The second KI2 cab has the artwork completely painted over with thick paint (apart from the bit that was under the A4 sized sticker). It also has a control deck from a completely different game that needs replacing and is missing some of the wiring.

Is it morally wrong for me to convert this cab to a Mortal Kombat 2? Thought would be appreciated.

its your cab and you can do with it what you wish i suppose

but if you do decide to resore it i got some parts from a scrapped ki2 cab i can part with

If it were a Defender or a Tron etc. I'm sure there would be an outcry but as it is KI2 to MK2...its not a thing

Maybe you could restore it and use it as a trade for a Mortal Kombat 2? That way everyone wins
