Small raid today but took 16 hours round trip and £300 in fuel and expenses.
I fist made contact with the owner over 2 years ago and then all went quite. Yesterday I get a call at 10am asking if I still want the machines we spoke about, I reply with yes please and then am told they need to be collected next day.
Well as most arcades are full of fruit machines I left them behind but am now the proud owner of a twin outrun sp and a maximum tune 2 plus spares and a few other cabs.
Need to sell more stuff to make room for these incoming cabs so keep an eye in the for sale section as these are keepers.
My advice for the day is if you have a lead persevere.
I also know for some people it's not always possible to just drop everything for a raid but if you don't you usually miss out.
This almost beats my last 18 hour round trip to pick up 6 pintables and 2 Star Wars cockpits.
