Very nice indeed mate.
I've been meaning for ages to get a decent wiring set up for my DC in my Naomi.
I've got a official DC arcade stick I was going to hack but decided against it. I heard someone was doing DC pad hacks again but couldn't find the person.

It's completely reversible if you can find something with the same or similar connectors, you only need the main board and cable, which lifts right out.

Luckily the wiring that came with my P-Ras AIME reader panel was identical (and I'll never need to use the reader on anything), and didn't have to cut any wires just pop them out with a pin leaving nice metal ends for the terminal block.

You only need 1 ground wired up too, as the DC stick has 2 only to make it's cabling tidier.

Only downside is the Dreamcast fan has got loud and grindy since the last time I used it.

Love how you modified the Dreamcast controller - I wouldn't have thought of doing that! I had been considering getting the Jamma adaptor.

It was just luck I had something with those connectors, not sure how I would have done it otherwise.

Anyway, I recently got a Sega ALLS board, so I can run Virtua Fighter esports on the real hardware (still running it via teknoparrot though)

It just about fits but does kick out quite a bit of heat so am running it with the door off until i can get 2 fans in the back of the cabinet - i'd been using it silently without any fans as the PC i had in there before was very cool running and didnt get hot at all running the older VF5 final showdown, plus the internal transformer didn't get hot as it is only powering the speakers and topper light

The ALLS runs very quiet compared to a Ringedge or Nu, the only noise is it's intake fan which could easily be swapped for a decent noctua etc.

I also have an HDMI running to my TV so I can play PC games with an Xbox controller on it too.

I recently made a Video of this room with all of the cabs running and my miku collection...

I got another Dreamcast stick (a banged up tatty one for it's internal PCB), so have changed my New Net City back to the original 2 player control panel...
I'll have to look for another stool eventually too.

My Lindbergh came with the controls PCB for it's original Toshiba monitor and it's cable, so I worked out which wires go to each button and wired them to my PS360 board, so now have all of the Xbox controller buttons available which is helpful in menus. I've also put a button in place of the CP lock as the Guide button...

I've removed the Xbox 360 and put in a custom Nu 1.1 board in along with a Type 4 JVS USB I/O so I can use the original controls in windows.
This also means I can power the original Instruction space CCFL instead of a USB LED strip.
The Nu has a Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H with i3-4350T & GTX 750Ti.
I'm powereing the Nu with the internal cable that would have been used for the original monitor as it uses the same connector.
