Before the summer I was talking with a friend and naturally my arcade hobby came up. He went on to tell me that as a kid he used to hang around at a neighbor's house as they'd built a hangout for their sons and their mates as there really was no where else to go in the small village. Said hangout was an out-house with a pool table, air hockey and 15+ arcade machines! He went on to say that as the kids grew up the machines fell into disrepair and were stored in the garage (the hangout became a gym). Then he said a couple of years ago they were going to hire a skip and get rid of the lot!! He took my number and told me he'd pass it on to his mate...
