At my suggestion Piers at OneRom has added support for HM7641 PROMS.
Check out his site for details of what OneRom is but in short it's a RP2350 based replacement for many early ROMS/PROMS.
Adding support for HM7641s allowed my to add all the images for the WIlliams Video Decoders (1-6) into a single OneRom, set a jumper to select VD2 and then replace the original in my Defender. Seems to work perfectly.
You can buy OneRoms from Piers and others for less than £10 UKP. The whole project is open source so you can make your own if you want.
