Hi guys. I’m new to the forum and I hope you are all well. I was wondering how to get started with arcade machine collection? I am keen to buy a few machines from my younger years but I don’t know where to look; I’m also keen to avoid any dodgy eBay listings so I thought it may be best to get some tips from experienced people

Maybe expand details of game types which interest you

Try to get opinions from people who are longer in the hobby . No harm asking !

As said here is good and eBay or specific Facebook groups can be ok ?

Just beware if it looks too much of a bargain it possibly IS NOT ! Also factor in transport expense .. there are movers on here quite fair pricing and may help installing too if you are nice to them .

Otherwise hiring a van may be necessary and quicker if distance is not too far . It may help to indicate where you are located?

Now you are here read what other people may have paid and any pitfalls they found?
Take your time. Rushing in is not recommended , you will need space for starters and amicable family perhaps?

Most of the stuff gets listed on UKVac Facebook it seems so check that out, I avoid it as it will get me in more troubles, I'll see something I want and I can't buy any more but probably end up buying one
