NIB Robotron Cocktail

Looks gorgeous.

Arcade cabs always have a familiar smell inside them of dust and hot electronics (or sometimes cat wee), but I'd like to know what a NIB cab smells like.

So what's your best description of 'New Robotron' smell? And can you bottle it

That's easy, It smells like a brand new TV from the 80's, virgin electronics warming for the first time

There's a guy who sells them on eBay rather sporadically - t<span style="line-height: 1.4;">he last one came up in April this year I believe - it may well be part of that collection</span>

Just need some deep pockets (but it is _very_ beautiful though)

I bought a new mrs pacman and gallaga a year before (2013) and it was in it's namco case for 13 years. I was affraid expecting for issues and dry monitor caps, etc,.. But not, i starts and works fine, the only two errors were the power pot (not soft and a little rusty) and the switches were not fine.

I think an arcade boxed for 30 years probably jave cap problems, and other possible errors but the stetic is incredible and the tube will look sharp with a recap.

Drool! I prefer playing on an upright but... Damn! That is one beautiful game.

I'm amazed that the guy selling it is in Ashford, Middlesex, same as me. I wonder whereabouts…?
