sega outrun era steering springs

I have a Power Drift with what I believe to be an outrun steering wheel set up with a shaker(or force feedback).
however it is not selft centering and after seeing the cog replacement video on you tube,it clearly should have springs but mine does not.
I did find one in the bottom of the cab.
Wondered if anoyne on here had a simlar setup and they can show me some pics of where the springs attatch to

I can't send a picture at the moment but I'm pretty sure there are 2 springs. There's a guy on eBay who sells them here:

cheers for link,I get the feeling I am missing parts of where the springs attach,tho I guess that will be evident if someone posts photos.

Near the big cog are two little right hand brackets

So mine is missing the two brackets.Looks like I will do without the springs then!!
