Tabletop Restorations?

Right, as the incredibly helpful Muppz has fixed my PCB for me, i can now start thinking about restoring the machine itself.
It's an old tabletop style. Does anyone know if there are any websites where i can buy spare parts for these?
Mostly looking for the control artowrk that needs replacing, but possibly the control itself on one side, as it's a bit loose (or can this be fixed somethow).

The legs on it as completely rusty, so think they will need replacing altogether. However, i guess i could get them from anywhere and modify them - old desk etc?!

Before you can talk about where to get artwork you need to mention what game it is. Also, depending on the game,is it a UK style (Taito type) cocktail or a USA Mdway style. Or some other (Unversal etc. - the company that is)?

It's a Pacman game. It's tabletop, identical to this:

I'm not too worried about the control artwork being original, or even pacman related (generic would suffice). It's only the control panel that has artowrk on it.

However, like i said, the control may need replacing.
