A few of the ideas I had you've already done (competitions, interviews, restorations) as the podcast has developed - great stuff! But here's a few more. I'm sure you've thought of them already...
"Twin" podcast - hooking up for a shared broadcast with other popular arcade podcasters. Obviously time zones are a factor if trying to broadcast at the same time as the U.S. for instance, but I'd love to hear the banter.
Guest speaker - contributions from someone with particular knowledge on a subject, live on the podcast rather than a recorded interview. Again would be great from a banter point of view and for new fans like myself it would be great to hear from other collectors.
"10 pence live" - possibility of a broadcast live at an event. I kind of hoped this would happen for the RGP opening party, but no worries you more than redeemed yourself with the challenge video!
Video podcast - maybe a one-off or a semi-regular occurrence: playoff's or demos of games, restorations etc in full motion glory.
"Arcade watch" - reports on today's arcades, the games & people playing them. Don't know how well this would work but it's an idea anyway.
That's about it, I'll keep on thinking about other ideas but really these days the podcast does it for me
