Really enjoyed this episode and the featured game... loved the music, the variance between the 2 level types and the deterministic movement patterns meant I improved each game and could tell I would keep on improving if I'd played more. The deterministic movement also means you never felt like you had died unfairly. For the bonus banana levels I wrote out a little table for the first 3 levels so I could (nearly) always get the 5000 bonus.
If I changed one thing I would make the bananas worth less points, maybe 1000 as they make too big a difference to your score compared to the points from the main levels.
I love the new music quiz feature, definitely one to keep going for a while... fun to play along at home too.
I didn't get on with Solomon's Key, it's not that it's a bad game but it feels like a computer/console game trapped inside an arcade cab... I don't want to keep replaying the same "learned" levels over and over... it would be fine on a home console with a level select of some sort... maybe the arcade should have let you skip levels or have "secret" portals to skip like Mario and New Zealand Story did.
