It's true, if I counted all the time I've spent tinkering with cabs, it far outweighs the time I've actually spent playing the ones I own! Even after all the heartache and stress, it's a great hobby. Hopefully next year I can take one of the cabs to a local event if transport is available, this year it's not possible due to a number of things.
The monitor was well worth changing though, as much as I like the classy look of gaffer tape, I just don't like the picture quality of the LCD. The 2932 has light burn which cant be seen in game and after sorting out the colour/contrast/focus settings the picture is lovely. I'd post a pic of the F355 but I don't want to derail your thread, so I'll save it for my own thread.
I've just had an hour playing on Initial D v3, I'm liking it more than V2 now. It's such a great game.
Now hurry up and buy Vulcan Venture so I can come around and play it on your Blast City!
