Unknown boot / poss rotary stick game ?

Got this bootleg ..
Nothing happens on boot up..







Corrosion creept in ..
I got it only last month
I don’t know what to do with it.
Except see if anyone wants to take a look at .. I do love rotary stock fames and I have stocked a few rotary sticks for the very near future as I sort my games machines out how I want em..

I have boots already of time soldiers & chey guvara gurilla war .
But if this is a rotary game happy to pay towards a possible fix if anyone thinks it has a chance of reanimating 🥴…

Any one shed light on what game they think it could be ?

That was my thought too. The block of 8 rom chips and the block of 4 next to the larger(Z80?) chip are what made me think of a CE boot. Only thing I can't see are the dip switch banks, as these usually have 3 iirc.
