So, the list is now closed as of today, some of you are still on the waitlist even after a few people have had to drop out.
Who needs floor space? I've got 4 names down, unless my marbles have disappeared completely or i've just plain forgot then speak now or hold your peace lol.
I've noted about 44 people wanting to come to the pre-party and after party, this list will get shortened. Sorry.
A number of newer people seem to want to come to the old place - there just isn't enough machines there to service 40+ people and i'm trying to have a slightly less stressful afternoon.
I know a few people have asked if they can stay who haven't made the main list, again, i'm unlikely to let people I haven't met before stay at my house so please don't be offended if I decline. If there's space for you at the unit then we're happy to see you there.
Directions to the unit will be sent tomorrow. Those on the list to come to mine will get a separate email.
One final note, at the last party in February, lots of people ignored the start time and just turned up early - don't go to the unit before 7pm, nobody will be there, you'll be sat waiting tapping your fingers impatiently like homer simpson waiting for his gun license. Nobody will be let in until all the machines have been powered up on this first event.

Hi James, myself and my +1 are staying at the Fenhurst, we'll get to the event venue when it opens. If there's enough room for us to come along afterwards for some drinks then great, if not then no problem we have a place to stay for the night.

Just want to say a 'big thank you' in advance for building a new venue and organising this event (amongst others) - is it *very* tough to keep any number of Arcade machines running, let alone the amount you guys have collected and maintained + shared with others.
I wish everyone a good safe journey, all look forward to meeting new and old faces next week.

Its been a hectic weekend, lots of progress coming along ready for this Saturday.
Can't believe its four days away.
I failed on time tonight on the emails, i'll sort it tomorrow.
Lots and lots done, i'm holding back on pictures and updates deliberately - great surprise for those coming.

I'll be at the Fernhurst, not sure what time I'll get there yet (depends on how late/heavy a night Friday is with the guys leaving do at work !), check-in is anytime after 14:00 but I doub't I'll get over quite that early!RGP said:

I'm reduce the list from 44 to 30 people in the afternoon / after party. This is because i'm not sure who wants to come in the afternoon and who wants to come over later on. I think we'll play it by ear on the after party. Obviously those staying at mine but for everyone else we'll see how it goes and how you all feel.
Start time will be 7pm onwards.
End time will be depending on how loud it still is late on, 100 games could mean a lot of sound leakage etc. We'll be fine till midnight/12:30 I reckon, i've been there later and had the games on and can't hear anything outside and theres cars always coming up and down the road.

Recieved my directions email, many thanks.
