does you flyback have the wire winding around around the ferrite core?

Don't think i've ever seen an LG Philips crt on a WG D9200/D9400 monitor before but it's the correct crt as Grant says, and you can see the original WG sticker with serial number on it. Pretty sure every one i've ever come across have used RCA or Thomson crts whether it's semi-flat/curved or flat.

On arcade projects
The collective on yoke readings have this monitor listed with d9400

Yes they have it

C314 are all 25v 2200 uf

I just couldn’t see values as they are around Back of cap
