I think the key is to not put any kind pressure on yourself to get involved in the hobby, due to some kind of guilt. If you don't touch anything arcade related for months, so what? You can't force yourself to enjoy something. Just wait and see if the enthusiasm returns. It usually does, for me.

My daughter knows what to do and where to come for advice so long as UKVAC outlasts me. I only had to say it once to her, she’s very good at remembering when there’s possible money in it for her 🤣

I try to live day by day, or when feeling down and dark minute by minute!
I was a tiny bit worried recently when it sounded like I was about to loose my basement and get a place above ground instead... That would have been the end to late night drunk streaming which did concern me.
We only live once, dont hold back and dont be a dick!
If I die tomorrow I have a friend that will make sure my stuff go to good guys in the hobby for a fair price and my family will still get an ok chunk of money. Nothing will end up in the hands of greedy people that will try to make money of my hard work!!
