Williams Paint touch up

Hi guys, does anyone have any tips on what sort of paint and techniques to use to touch up the artwork on 80's Williams games (like Defender). My BK Pin uses the same sort of art as Defender (even the same colours I think) and is in need of serious help. I've asked on the Pin group and got el zippo back, anyone done similar work to a Defender cab?

Stick some Raiden side art on it to cover the scratches

Have US paint codes for Defender but no good over here, need to get colours scanned really.

Get a pantone chart off eBay to match the colours up.

I should have been a little clearer. I'm not too worried about colours, the info is out there on the exact mix to achieve them. I'm more interested in the types of paint needed and how to apply them (brush, roller, etc). Sorry if this is in your post Ully, I can't read DLF from work.

Personally I would mask and spray it, originally it would have been oil based so really you would have to use oil as acrylic could 'orange peel'
