Hi, thank you for looking at my post. I'm struggling really badly to find out what's wrong with my machine.
We've been playing it regularly all summer and now it's suddenly just stopped working.
The machine has an LCD screen, which is coming up showing no signal while the machine is on. (I've tested the screen and VGA cable with a laptop and it works with that). But the machine initializes the reels spin the lights come on and the note machine whirls into action, and it gets ready to play. But the buttons dont do anything, I can't start the game change the stake or transfer money from the bank.
Ive opened it up and checked all cables, both boards have a row of green lights on it, I've replaced the power supply in the bottom box, no buttons are sticking, no notes are jammed, the dongle has 5000 days left and I've cleared the nvr.
I'm now stuck! Could it possibly be the varta mempac battery not holding any charge thats causing the issue?
