This is like walking into Toymaster or John Menzies back in day. Is that a few Grandstand games you have under your desk? I remember getting one called Firefox (I think) for Christmas one year. The sfx are burned into my memory

Sold mine to some guy in Italy at start of COVID lockdown. Played it once on Xmas day for ten minutes after spending an hour reading the instructions. No idea what to do. Terrible game 😆 Those 80s adverts 🤣

I know what you mean and I bet loads of kids did the same. But Couldn’t disagree more..
A great game! I guess it depends on the people your playing with, as if you have a person who isn’t interested they tend to disrupt the game.

Basically a random generator engine
As the dice decide the dungeon layout.
If you like rpg dungeon crawlers
Then you’ll love it .. i really like the picking up of treasure , finding weapons, spells, armour and gaining up attributes.
Saying that .. I just wet to a gaming republic table top gaming day Just 2 weeks ago For a Blood Bowl .tournament . and people who had not played in 15-20 years ( like me ).
Traveling from all over the country to come and play again!.. I’m actually getting back into it now. Especially a game called - Turnip28 - If you like your dice rpg check it out ..

Haha. Sounds like I dodged a bullet. I never played it but remember it looking a lot more thorough than the average board game. Years later I wondered if Hero Quest and Space Crusade were designed to get kids into the more complex Warhammer/White Dwarf style games (it wasn't until I was a teenager that I realised that the characters from Space Crusade were Warhammer characters.
Ghost Castle and The Gunge Game were my faves. Mousetrap was banned from my household 😂
