The middle of that kinda looks like the very thing it's meant to be wiping off! You know that middle part's just going in the bin when you get to it. Cardboard is recyclable no ?
Some of these modern ideas baffle me. Can't have a plastic straw with your Coke because of single use plastic but it's fine to have a big plastic lid on it 🤔 I'm sure probably a valid reason for that mind.

I think I did quite well for what was possibly one of the most awkward meet and greets . I managed a sausage and I’m still alive.

I thought it was my nice neighbours!
How wrong could I be! A Lot.
It was the Doctors House!
I turned around at the drive got a bit
Nervous I might get told to get of the property.
Then noooo I ain’t scared of them..
I will face up to them
That will hit them for six ..
They won’t expect me to be hanging around the BBQ eating there burgers and sausages!
And It will show them I ain’t intimidated by them either ..
So I turned around took a deep breath and like me old nan used to say hold your head up look em in the eye and smile .
I did and it was as you might expect
A garden with doctors hanging around a bbq! Very mundane affair.
My disjointed attempts at small talk.
I ate a burnt sausage dontated £10 to the daughter ( I’ve never been to a donation bbQ before )
The donation app allowed me to be anonymous but I wasn’t having that.
From your new naighbours . £10
Have a lovely half marathon I’m ver proud of you well done .
. And I left.
Pretty expensive burned sausage.
And they were all digging into burnt sausages and burnt burgers .

. If I'm gonna be honest I'm not suprised they burnt burgers and sausasges, just shows you what type of people they are completely. At the end of the day you showed them up by going and also because you was polite, respectful and donated to there daughters cause, you could say 'you killed them with kindness' as the expression goes.

It all felt a bit staged

Group of doctors laughing conversing round the BBQ..
They arrive in there cars park all over the verges .
then shuffle away in single file.
I guess it’s one BBq after the other.
A perfectly rehearsed weekend pastime for the suburbanites.
The AXe would have lightend the mood a little 😊
I did create quite a mess once with
A 5L creasote & the rose bush at one such party but that’s for another time ☺️
