Everyone in my work raves about these, but i had a few IPTV boxes back in the day and while some of the subs were good, it could be laggy and the menu interface was dreadful on most of them, so i abandoned it and now pay for about 5 different streaming services

just curious as to hearing honest opinions on them, and not "i pay 60 quid for a years worth of footy, i dont mind if it lags all the time"

i'd rather just keep paying through the nose if they are a bit shit

let me know if you have one with a special sub and how you find it, you can PM me if you dont want to post it in the thread :ROFLMAO:

I wrote my own software and also modified my Vu+ with IPTV. The one I have is excellent and very rarely goes down (It does sometimes though as expected). No cutting of or stuttering , If it does just choose next one. My only bad thing (Not there fault) Is ISP's blocking them during football games (That i dont watch). You realy need a decent VPN.

When you say choose the next one, are you talking about the next channel along showing the same thing, im guessing you have one sub to "something"

Yeh , Hard to say without giving too much info ! lol. Choice of like 4 channels that are the same from different sources so if one fails goto the next. There is one that is not as good quality but always works if the others dont.

I have no idea what an iptv is but I do have a couple of fire sticks in the drawer, so slow and clunky but they may have got better.

Where as my Apple TV’s do Dolby Atmos HDR etc and never miss a beat.

If you’re going down the fire stick route make sure it’s a 4K one. Or even better go for a nvidia tv box. My IPTV very rarely glitches and like most things IPTV has come a long way just as technology moves on. There’s good subs and bad ones to choose.

I haven't had any experience with using a firestick or IPTV but I know of site to download all the latest films, tv series etc in great quality (4K included) with subtitles.

I know a few people who do a subscription service that utilses the iptv and firestick they have used same service for about 6 month and watch footy and boxing. I dont watch sport so dont bother , and I got fed up with bad kodi streams. I personally do prime and netflix and just grab the disney or paramouont on an offer. LG just had a 50% off a year to paramount so I am watching tulsa king and yellow jackets at mo.
