Hi mateMissed this, wow it's nice to see cabs from flyers that you don't see, shame about the paint job
Wish I could have bought that EC Gun cab on ebay and few years back and worked out what game that was, like Op Wolf Midi but front was different and that EC Fibreglass Cockpit was cool to see on ebay

The quatrain was a credit board that could store the credits(load in the coins) and allow up to 4 players start buttons to take a credit as and when requested I think, have to see if I still have the manual, so long ago lol.@_Matt_ any idea what “fully adaptable for the quatrain system “ means on the flyer ?
Interesting. I could find very little info about it.The quatrain was a credit board that could store the credits(load in the coins) and allow up to 4 players start buttons to take a credit as and when requested I think, have to see if I still have the manual, so long ago lol.

Fortune 4 is definitely on my list should one ever surface .You would think it would be mentioned on the Fortune 4 cab being 4 player, I'd like to see one of those come up
Great industry info and detail!Never really studied the credit board timelines, I remember vids just going from one S10 mech controlled by game board dips to two S10 mechs(50p and 10p) controlled by game board. Then I remember things like Sega hang on coming out and having a mars EM5 mech with the VCC credit board(later upgraded to CCU). Then I think we converted generic vid cabs with the 2 S10's. The 50p mech got converted to a mars ms111 with a credit board I think Philip Shefras supplied us the conversion, but we left the 10p S10 in working in case the 'New' stuff broke down. Not sure after this, pretty sure Outrun started as a £1 S10 mech, vaguely remember converting our one over to electronic. A few years blank around that point lol, I know the klingon credit board became the workhorse but thought it came after another credit board that basically had put the quatrain to bed.hmm
Really well made and finished, not seen this one before. Just curious of origin.Tokens Could be from a fair ground or theme park
Took advantage of a dry few hours to remove all metal work ready for restoring . The is some nice details such as the angled slide out pcb holder shelf and also some work where coin panel fits.
Very curious to see how it plays. Nice height and like the angled screen.

Yes they are very rare indeed. I've only ever seen 2 Fortune 4 cabs. One was a pic many years ago which had the four player control panel but converted to 2p only and the other is mine that has the smaller 2p control panel for dedicated Street Fighter 2 as in the brochure. Pretty sure I've changed those joysticks that's an old pic..Fortune 4 is definitely on my list should one ever surface .
Feel pretty pleased with what I have currently that said would never turn down an Electrocoin cabinet in need tho - especially if it’s life in danger or outside !
