Problem Exciting soccer ram error

Hi! i have an original Exciting soccer from alpha denshi, when i turn on the board it says "RAM ERROR 88XX" , i already checked the ram (4x6116, 2x2114 all ok). ROMS are ok, someone can help me? maybe some ttl fault, but i cant find any schematics for exciting soccer, but only for championship baseball sadly the board is different.

removed and tested in a ram tester, but i also tried to swap with 100% working ram taken from another board

Do you have an oscilloscope or logic probe to check signals going to/from the ram?
And a multimeter to trace those signals to possible faulty TTL on the same net as the ram?

Any fujitsu on the PCB?
That's the next thing I would look for.

yes i can check the signals, i already checked the trace connected to ram

yup some 245 and some 365, i have spare for ls245 but nothing for the ls365

Probably the Alpha 8201/8302 MCU is bad.
