Just had a look at some pics and yeah Mk1 Escort Estate and 1980s 3 Series BMW I think, got BMW vibes just from the shape of the window on rear door as many had that angled shape whether 4 or 2 door on side rear window

Cant remember if Mk1 or Mk2 but it has a suprise under its bonnet it has an upgraded pinto engine in it. You can drive it in like two gears sounds great ! Ill try and grab a pic off him . Its used a lot more, I took my daughter prom in it !
