Got two 1942 boards for repair.

Both seem to be missing sprites.Fixed the first one by following the old advice:

Check the Fujitsu chips.Luckily for me the first one I piggybacked was a 74ls174 at 11N that bought all the sprites back.A quick removal and socket fitted the game is fine.

The second one I piggybacked one of the 2114s and got partial sprites with lines through them.Don't have time today but will socket that one and see how it looks since piggybacking memory sometimes gives unexpected results.

Replacing the 2114 in the second board did give me sprites but there was a problem with alternate lines of the sprites trailing behind when the sprites were at a certain part of the screen.

It was caused by a bad 2148 at F2.A bad memory chip at either F2 or J4 could cause this fault.

If it's not one of those then it's maybe one of the support chips.
