although in my opinion is looks a little too big

8 bits are always remembered having a smaller unit

I wanted an arcade style stick, although I could have made it shallower in depth after all.

Looks awesome. Are you going to make different sticky out bits on the end of the lead to fit in different consoles' holes (oo-er). Excuse the technical jargon.

No - Just an ATARI end. I only need it for 800xl, 2600, c64 and Amiga.

Consoles need more buttons and electronic gubbins inside.

Looks well sturdy. A stick definitely not to be chucked across the room when a game pisses you off!

It's 3mm thick black perspex and weighs as light as a feather! - Leaf switch buttons and an old left over arcade stick.

I reckon it's those industrial looking flange head screws (fner) that make it look 'solid'

Way better than any old comp pro or quickshot rubbish.
