Well I know a few of you guys here frown on this sort of thing but im going to post this any way!
A grail cab for me was always a DK.

A rare enough cab this side of the pond to start and super rare (if any) in the emerald isle!

I could have imported one sure but I would of had to overhaul it completely so I thought I can build my own!

Planing started back in January and I started getting bits together.

Pac-Man here got the ball rolling with some original stuff he was selling from a cab he was restoring.

So about 2 weeks ago I had all my bits and was ready to go!

I did my cad drawing for this after weeks of research and if any one want them there more than welcome.I think there very close to original.

All the bits just needs a body!

I had a bit of help on the woodwork

My uncle is a cabint maker so had the run of his workshop and years of knowledge!

Kept it as cosmetically accurate as possible inc the back and the cp latching area.

Made it out of ply rather than MDF also .

That's a nicely done cab.

Very happy!
The birch ply is far superior. Far lighter too and just a has a better feel of quality.
Took more work before paint tho and cost a bit more but deffo the way to go.
