Would also like an I, Robot too. Used to play it in Morrisons in Leeds city centre while mum did the shopping, first time I played it, I made the mistake of choosing doodle city!!
once I played the main game I was awestruck.

? Don't remember Morrisons ever having arcade games....i assume you are on about the Morrisons on the Merrion Center? Nearest place i remember arcade games in was the bowling alley at the back of the Merrion Center....

They had the arcade games right at the entrance in the Morrisons in the merinon centre, you walked past them to get a shopping trolley
I remember them having I robot, Mach 3, around that time there was also some arcades right in back of the shady part (Merriion Market) they might of been run by ABC Computers that was always full of smokers lol and also in the bowling alley too. Used to spend most of my free time searching out arcades
So miss those days

Well i never knew that Brett....I always used to hang out in the Starlight and Original Penny Arcade odd times going to the bowling alley...obvious there were the cafes around Leeds....

ABC computers i remember....Mick was the owners name he was an avid Atari fan....His small shop was always full of lads my age (at the time around 12-15 years old, looking back know its looks dodgy to say the least)

I remember someone asking him why was the shop called 'ABC' his reply was "Atari Best Computers" or something like that anyway....

I do remember seeing I Robot in Leeds but for the life of me i can't remember bloody where...at a guess it had to have been either the Starlight or Penny Arcade or The Mill Hill...basically they were at the time the 'main arcades' in Leeds town center who kept up with newer cabs that were released....i have a good arcade mate from bitd who will remember exactly where it was...i'll have to ask him when i see him....

Like i say the one i saw can't have been the Morrisons one as i don't remember them having cabsRuss J2017-07-23 15:42:28

There was also story's arcade too but I was not old enough to go in alone so I used to go in on Fridays with my mum to play double dragon

I ended up getting to know Mick from ABC later on when we used to go to castleford to the amiga club to "share" games
Internet ruined all that now
