Advice on a classic cocktail

OK... so i've convinced my wife that'd be a good idea to get a classic cocktail for the living room sometime in the not so distant future (a year maybe)! So what should I plan on getting? I need advice!

My first thought is that i've wanted an Asteroids cab for a while so maybe the cocktail version would be a good fit... but then again Space Invaders or Pac Man could be great too (forget Ms. Pacman or Missile Command as I don't really have an urge to own those).

Not sure on budget but i'd probably never splash out over £700.

If you're going for a dedicated and not some sort of 60 in 1 an Asteroids would be a great choice. A true classic, easy for anyone to have a quick play and plenty of difficulty for more prolonged play.

I had a zaccaria cocktail running a Phoenix board and everyone enjoyed playing that, the wife also enjoyed putting things on it! Candles, flowers, pot puri all within a few weeks.

Thanks smarty. Steve is going to walk me through it all at the Arc-aid event in Cambridge on Saturday. There'll be at least one there that I can see (and watch get repaired).

Always appreciated Asteroids... can't wait to see it on a real vector monitor! Just playing a game that doesn't require a joystick is pretty refreshing.
