French toast?
Eggs & bread ?

I love my
Air fryer it’s good.
Maybe should have a drain for the grease though to pour out whilst it’s hot and liquid. Then use the grease on wood for your fire in winter to keep warm. Or like Willy from Simpsons butter or all over head to toes before you get dress in the morning and that’ll keep the cold at bay!
My take on French Toast is probably completely inaccurate..... bread lathered in layers of butter.

I mean, if you have a smart device in your home, you are being spied on...how many times have you been having a conversation and then you go onto the net and magically have adverts about those products
:ROFLMAO: Well like I've told my brother he's just buying his own digital prison with all his Alexa, smart devices and cctv all over the house and pretty much everyone has a spy device they take everywhere, bloody smartphone which your slowly pushed to have whether you like it or not unless you completely drop out of the System which I'd like to do sometimes

Saturday at Kwikfit I'm looking at the 2 guys working there and thinking what a world we live in (Hell?) where workers at Kwikfit need Bodycams  and you go in Chip Shop in Stoke and it's got as many CCTV camera's as a bank :ROFLMAO: your being recorded everywhere you go now, shops, roads, buses, cars and cars spy on your driving with all the technology in them

behind some bint saturday with sticker in car window
1734351836656.jpeg

thinking wtf as I drive passed her and she has phone in one hand tapping screen with other

The world really is insane now which is why I like talking about the best decade 1980's when you had non of it, just great games and basic computers before they take over your life like were seeing now and yet so many tv shows, movies, songs were saying this with little snippets of info that you didn't pick up on like someone knows the future, I've recorded so many little bits of movies I've watched lately like
Ace Ventura saying careful with that phone you could develop a tumor, well it's a comedy, where else do you put something like that
Sleepaway Camp 2 or 3 saying about reading ingredients in food before buying, you'd be surprised what they put in food these days, some of that stuff is poison  while she goes around killing everyone
Gremlins 2 spying on staff having unauthorised fag break and your fired, The Club Centre is the most advanced "Smart Building" in the world and she does the quotes with her fingers, just get the "Smart" word highlighted and that was 1990 seven years before SmartPhone termed

stuff pops up in some of the most usual films like Scream Of The Banshee where they suddenly talk about the 60's and government testing Hallucinogenic weapons and LSD being the byproduct
Escape room.. guy talking about Self driving cars and the Trucking industry will be first to be automated, nothing to do with the movie just thrown in there to let you know what's coming or what they want for the future, all planned many years before

Forbes - How And When Automation May Affect Long-Haul Trucking
In Oxford's Michael Osborne and Carl Benedikt Frey's hugely influential 2013 paper looking at the likelihood of automation for various professions, truck driving was one of the professions that were projected to be automated in double-quick time. Indeed, Frey and Osborne themselves thought that there was a 79% chance that truck driving would be automated within a decade or so.

Ya air fryer listening would be one of the least to worry about, I'd probably be more concerned about the other story's, though you do have to question anything in the fakestream media, could just be a cover for the sudden explosion of health issues

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/health/doctor-explains-air-fryers-health-29752604

I can't say much on eating healthy because I've never been able to eat anything much good for you, parents tried from young age to get me eating meat, fish, salad and veg but I just wouldn't have it, i used to eat better when first bought house, recent years I just spend too much time working to bother cooking proper food, but then most now just pull something out the freezer and throw in oven or microwave which of course you can say the same about microwaves as the article below says on air fryers so what do you believe, just ditch the lot and use normal cooker, I have Panasonic Microwaves the Combo Oven, Grill ones and 50+ year old cooker that's still going lol as I found add and it's as old as me

If I wasn't so fussy with food I'd be on a Ketogenic diet like Dr Sarah Myhill recommends specially when I feel low on energy most of the time these days, mate came round other day and said he's same and Myhill specialises in CFS/ME sufferers and other issues

This over 50 lark doesn't mean you need to be struggling but I'd say much of it comes down to poor diet, go in supermarket and you just can't help buying shite like crisps, chocolate, pop etc along with all the other ready meals but I need to stop buying the junk and eat real food, the money I'd save not buying junk would buy real quality food but like with everything I never get around to sorting it

Have a lot of time thinking over weekends being as most of it is spent driving around all day achieving nothing and apologise for going off topic lol

What ever you use to cook the food is least of your worry probably vs the food were eating, you only have to sit in a town centre for 10 minutes and look a everyone that's overweight or hobbling around with walking aids or on golfcarts to see the state of the nations health, were people like this in the 1970/80s?

Personally I think a lot of those so called 'smart' devices take away peoples intelligence. Those types of shartilcles 'The Chinese/Russians are listening to your private convos'.....it just diverts people from the actual issue at hand.

All the data being collected is actively forming personal data files on people by big corporations. The data is then sold to whoever, and it contains info such as: dislikes, buying habits, traits, google searches, YouTube statistics, social media, personal photographs, cloud storage data, psychology etc etc. Some people are simply not interested in the implications of 3rd parties having this sort of data, but imo it has the connotations of us all having our own personal stalker and it should be taken more seriously.

Having cameras everywhere is a thing, but people regularly use their phone camera to take videos of things showing good and bad, and they are able to post instantly on social media which is a tool in itself.

Regarding foods, health and wellbeing, at the end of the day it's all down to choice. We all have a choice. I'd say we have more info on how to live a healthy lifestyle than ever before.

People have a choice to be lazy and not care about their most valuable asset, which is their health. Or people can choose to try and live a lifestyle which promotes good health and longevity that has a side effect of having a better quality of life. Some people do have symptoms, disorders or inherited things which can't be treated, I'm not a doctor so I can't say what the solution is there.

But for most people, something like a protein shake made with full fat milk for breakfast containing protein/vitamins/minerals, drinking adequate water throughout the day, eating a balanced diet with plenty of veg, taking enough moderate exercise with lots of fresh air and trying to get enough rest will have profound benefits to overal health.

Or:

Starting your day with a bowl of Lucky Charms and toast, working like a dog, drinking coffee/pop, eating fast food full of salt and sugar, worrying, stressing, little to no exercise, smoking fags, drinking booze, taking diet pills, flu jabs and pills for any litle thing, sitting and watching TV/playing videogames when you get home, heating blaring with the windows closed and the ambipu blaring from all free sockets can also affect overal health in an opposite way.

Somewhere in the middle of to 2 extremes is doable for most people. The body can take a lot of abuse, but when you get older it then becomes a game of maintaining what you have. The reality is that we lose our vitality gradually, and when we are older it takes more effort to get our vitality back.

Some things are not a conspiracy, it's the result of the choice of our actions.
And other things have sinister connotations and need further scutiny imo.

I have bought some Ginger root, lemons and Honey. I've not tried it yet with Honey but will be, I can't say I liked Ginger Beer, I'd eat Ginger biscuits but not favourite so wasn't sure what I'd think to it but have to say it's better than I thought fresh ginger root as tea drink, got a kick to it

plenty of good things said
Ginger may help relieve nausea and vomiting and aid digestion . Antioxidants and other nutrients in ginger root may help prevent or treat arthritis, inflammation, and various types of infection. Ginger may also reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, and other health problems

A Dr said you need to drink so much water a day and Tea/Coffee doesn't count, Bonus with drinking Ginger over Tea/Coffee I don't want Biscuits or Chocolate with it

It's just some small steps I'm taking but it's easy to fall back into I'll have a coffee as it's quicker to make

I also have good days, and I also have bad days mate.

It's a slow process getting into good habits, just as it was a slow process getting into those bad habits. It's always a work in progress, and deep down we know when something is good or bad for us. It's just learning how to focus and listen to that intuition in amongst all the other distractions and noise.

I bought a Versaclimber earlier in the year, best exercise machine ever imo. 30 mins on that and I don't need the heating on for the rest of the night, and combined with the Protein Powers and non mainstream vitamins I'm taking, I feel much better for it.

There's elderly people running marathons, and some of them smoke the odd cigarette/cigar and partake in having a wee dram or tot. Keeping active and doing things in moderation is key.

Ayurveda is 1000's of years old, plenty of things you can research, from foods that help various conditions to foods that flush the system of toxins. You are what you eat as they say. try to focus on the positive things you can research about, rather than the dark stuff. The thing is with honey, it loses some of it's antiseptic properties when added to boiling water, something to be wary of if you are using expensive manuka honey.

In ancient civilizations, a healthy population was a productive one. In the current climate, an unheathly population is a profitable one.

Sorry for going off topic.

how is coffee quicker to make than either getting water from a tap, or opening a bottle of water?

Sorry sometimes I should be clearer. Yes I've just made Fresh Ginger tea, it's probably took me 12-15mins over 2 mins getting a coffee or tea

Save taking it further off topic I'll do another thread on it
