It's designed for people without crts, but who still want to play N64 - it would look great on an OLED, what TV do you have? I think the console has an overclocked mode which vastly improves the performance on a lot of games as well.
I have a pvm but I don’t have a hdmi to scart lead or box converter .
After that I have an old led Sony Bravia 55” and it looks terrible . 🤣

Easier to use a MiSTer and out put it on anything you want
I can compare it with mister
It just needs rgb out .
Beats me why it isn’t included .
Games play great ..
Frame rate improvements are cool .
Lacks rgb ?or is a hdmi to rgb scart lead avalible ?
5 pin din would have been really nice .
New neo geo come with one by the looks of it .

i think people are missing the point, he wanted an Analogue 64, not a mister or anything else

it isnt compatible with scart due to the output @Retroman839 , it is purely designed for 4k TVs in mind, from everything i have read though it looks awesome on new TVs with the scanline generator and upscaler

I guess it's not their target audience, They did make a DAC for the Mega Drive and SNES consoles, but it wasn't around long, and that did allow 240p
Which is what an OSSC with Voidscaler firmware can do, Downscale 1080p via HDMI to 240p RGBs output to scart :) its a messy set up though with passive adapters needed at input and output

you also do not know what will get lost along the way, it could come with massive lag as well
