Think it's just a filter board. I've got a very similar one that came off an Atari cab I think. It's a bit fuzzy but I think it's just for reducing RFI...

Yep i'd agree with guddler, think ive seen one of these before and it was ring king. Fun game that.

Wow, I remember playing this! It was in the back of a local arcade with the older unloved games, but I thought it was ace
