It is basically a Microvitec CUB monitor either a series 5 or a 1431.

they were used in first bellfruit swp's like give us a break,i worked on these-bloody nasty things and hold a HT charge like nothing you have ever seen

i got a shock from one these that was so powerful i smashed my wrist through neck of the tube and it cut right to the bone
i still got a bollocking as i was bleeding all over the machine-ah happy days

I've got one of those. Had it on the bench, live, and for no apparent reason arced from LOPT to monitor frame. Exciting. Never could find a power connector so soldered wires in place. Stopped working a few weeks after I got it. Not touched it since. I'd take the chassis if working. Everyone likes a gamble ....
