Anyone know what machine this might have been originally?

Just wondering what this might have been to either restore or make into a bit of a nicer MAME cab.

Height wise it’s about 1.62m and 73cm deep, the CP is 54cm.

just looks like a converted standard jamma cab,not a dedicated cabinet so nothing special

However coin door differs

There was a few cabinets similar to this
But , as above… Certainly seems like a jamma cab
