I bet they use up lots of server bandwidth and perhaps it stopped being economical?

It's a bit naughty of some to charge because images were likely pulled from other sources and the site can be a bit buggy, but I've found stuff here I've not found anywhere else:

Even though much of it is from cabinet scans or otherwise, this is perfect if your PS/Illustrator skills are up to create what you need from lower quality rasters. It's been invaluable to me and has helped me make some great high-quality modified designs for some of our builds:

Joymonkey has indeed some amazing scans....and if you pay a small fee you have access to hi-res scans that are well worth the few bucks they want
