I would have kicked off about the amount of broken cabs though.

Thanks Stokers. Much appreciated. And yes, the broken cabs were a disappointment. However, as the visit was unplanned - and the exhibits were nice - I let it slide. For anyone needing it, you could always try this: 'Alles ist kaputt. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich möchte bitte Geld zurück'
