I've just done another blogpost in my short 'Arcade Ecosystem' series. In the last episode, I looked at the sudden (and brief) appearance of a small arcade scene in Kilsyth in the early 1980s.
In this new post, I take a look at the arcade scenes in Falkirk and Stirling.
I'm wondering if any of you Vaccers - and especially the Scottish contingent - grew up in or near Falkrik or Stirling, or - like me - used to haunt their video arcades? If you did, it would be great if you could help fill-in some of the gaps, or correct some of the gaffes in my version of the story? I've managed to find quite a few nostalgia-gland-tweaking photos to illustrate the post. If anyone had any more, I'd love to see them.
