Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place.. If so, please move it.
Not sure if you're the same but when I'm working on my cabs and pinball machines, I oftentimes like an arcade video or two on in the background.
I think it's a shame when people get out of the hobby or stop making the video's we like to watch so I thought it'd be useful to the creators that put so much work into creating the video's we like to watch if we try and spread the word a bit. This hobby is a bit niche so I can imagine its hard for channels to be successful and want to carry on making videos.
I've been watching a channel called Troy's Restorations for some time now, this guy reminds me a bit of John in that he never stops, always on the go and he's always working on something and making videos.
He has a basement full of games and around 17 more awaiting restoration, he's also about to re model his games room, probably a topic some of us would be interested in.
Anyhow, thought I'd give this guy a plug.. He had a wobble recently and was thinking of stopping doing the videos but with all the feedback and comments of support he received, he's decided to crack on and keep the channel going so if you're into this kind of arcade video, please give this guy a follow and watch his restorations. For me, the more content we have on this awesome hobby keeping it alive, the better.
Maybe this thread could be moved into a dedicated 'Arcade Youtube Channels' main thread if there already isn't one and we could all drop our favourite ones in there in case people haven't seen em?
I had a quick search for a main thread linking YT channels but couldn't see one.
Cheers.
