Is a booty or conversion ??? Its Fatal Fury 2.

Yeah that’s legit. SNK were known for multiple board set revisions and EPROMs for things like repairs.

General rule of thumb is check mvs-scans.com to see if the boards match.

The odd eprom is fine and will either be a repair of SNK ran out of chips.

Also don’t be surprised to see the NGH number of multiple games on the roms. Some carts including but not limited to Real Bout Fatal Fury used 069 chips which were Fatal Fury 3. My legit Puzzle Bobble also has Power Spikes 2 roms.

I've never seen a Puzzle Bobble cart with the correct NGH number. Must have bought over 10 carts to try and get one. Dont think it exists?? (...off to check mvs-scans)

I’ve had 2 legits for myself over the years and done a few MVS to AES conversions and never seen a proper one either.
