Aylesbury Duck Meet 1.0

Hi Guys

Just looking to see if anyone would be interested in a get together at my new place. (not that i've moved in yet)

Mr C has requested that I get something arranged before October so looking at sometime towards the end of September, Maybe very early October.

Just wanted to see how much interest there is and if anyone has any dates they can/cant do then shout out here and I will try and work something out.

I Should have the following machines up and running depending on if anything has died whilst my machines have been in storage for the last 2 years.

Daytona Twin - for Model 2/3 drivers - Sega Rally, Daytona, Scud Race, Indy 500 (and anything else i can get working)

Point Blank 1,2 might have the time to shoehorn Time crisis in there as well

Pacman - with Ms Pacman too

Killer Instinct - jamma cab for approx 50 PCBS all various stuff.

Craxy Taxi High Roller - CT, CTHR, Outrun 2, Jumbo Safari, Mario Kart GP, ID 1,2,3 (not picked this cab up yet)

House of the Dead 2 - Confidential Mission, Maze of the King - general Naomi shooter cab, might try and get VC3 & Ghost Squad working too but not looked into that yet or got all the parts sorted (not picked this cab up yet either)

Space Invaders Colour table - had PCB fault last time I tried it/

Pump it Up Dance Machine

Naomi Upright - cart & GDROM based games - I also have VC2 - Lost Worlds, HOTD1 and Mame running on this machine.

Got limited room for people to crash, or can let people know of local B&B's etc, the standard beer & curry evening will probably be on the cards too & can pick people up from local train stations etc.

Hell yes! I can also bring a Point Blank 3 for its first UKVAC outing. Any time is good for me.

Highly likely, though I'm pretty useless at planning ahead. Nothing planned for that time frame that I'm aware of at the moment.

Can bring a cab or two too with a bit of planning!

Can't do 1st or 2nd October unfortunately as it clashes with a wedding and an alternate meet arranged for another forum that won't be mentioned.

Also give me a shout Setch if you fancy popping over Wycombe way as I have a few pins and cabs.

Hi Guys

Sorry for the lack of contact, have been busy at the new house.

unfortunalty things are not going to plan and it looks like I'm going to have to rewire the whole house along with a lot of other things that have gone very wrong since getting the keys.. Anyone remember "The Money Pit" with a young Tom Hanks..

At the moment I'm going to have to put the meet on hold as it doesn't look like I will even get to move in for another couple of months.

I've spent the last week completely gutting the place so theres a lot of work ahead of me.

I will keep you posted and update again when I have a better idea of a moving in date,
