Best way to clean off silicone under anode cap

Any tips on removing silicone from a tube?,someone has put some under the anode cap,of a tube im working on

Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is usually the magic bullet for cleaning everything, give that a go.

I’ve tried many solvents on many things and IPA is always the first call, WD40 etc works great on lots of things, acetone is more powerful but needs care on some finishes but the gold standard when all else has failed for me (including silicone) is Zippo lighter fluid. Awesome stuff.
