Best way to get Gradius V on my Jamma cab?

Really fancy playing Gradius V on my cab which means connecting up my ps2. What is the best way to go about this?

I'm no good at soldering so padhacks are a no go either, is there a ps2 arcade stick with easy to modify pcb inside?
