Can anyone recommend any routing services in the Midlands? I've searched and pretty much given up. 3 Companies so far have let me down, you'd think they'd want the work?

Great getting .dwg files of your cab ready to get routed but if no-one wants to do it...

Cut CNC (www.cutcnc.co.uk) will give you an emailed quote if you send them your files. Not local, but they will deliver for around 18 quid. Price was £104+delivery to cut a new front panel for my Firefox upright, so not exactly cheap. I was quoted ~£60 from local companies for the same job and then f***ed around to the point where I just gave up.

Pieces for a whole cab in one order may end up much more cost effective. Worth an email anyway.

£104+ delivery for 1 piece? Ouch dude.... thanks for letting us know though Dave.

I managed to get a template for the sides done for my US Robotron so that's a big chunk granted but as I've got CNC plans for every single piece of timber I was hoping to get the whole thing done so I just needed to assemble it, paint and stencil it....

If I ever do find anywhere though, I'll let everyone on here know. Come on you lottery numbers! I'd buy a unit, brand new router and hire someone to be the Official UKVAC cab router and assembler!

it ain't just cnc stuff its custom jobs. had the same problem getting a custom kitchen glass mirrored splashback made literally went through a couple of dozen companies who worked with the right types of glass and most weren't interested
