Caddilacs and dinosaurs boot leg

Hi all,

Anyone got a caddys bootleg board that looks like this?


I'm looking for a value for what I presume used to be a ceramic capacitor at position C22


It's in the audio section.
Failing that, would anyone know how to calculate the value through measuring?

There's a 470pf cap on the board near it and a bit of green material on top of one of rhe legs.
I'm going to replace it with a 470pf cap.
Don't think its going to help with the no audio problem I have on this board.
Something seems to be tying the sound rom and oki address lines to 3v...
Oki has no signal from the output pin.
