Can't display avatar image

I've uploaded a 64x64 px avatar image into File Manager but then I can't set it as my avatar on the Edit Profile page. I click 'avatar upload', then the image (which displays in the box), and then 'OK', but nothing happens. I've tried this in Chrome and IE11. Help! The file is 'me_and_mug_64x64.png'.

If you uploaded the image into your file manager, grab the url for it.

Then go into Control Panel and simply put it in the http:// entry. Do not click 'Preview', just select Apply/OK at the bottom of the page.

If that doesn't work for you PM me the image http url and i'll sort it for you.
